What is a SnowBall Pass?
A SnowBall Pass is the only comprehensive savings card for the French Alps. You will receive
your own credit card size Pass. Simply show it when paying at selected participating venues
throughout our featured resorts to receive discounts of up to 50% off.

How many people does it cover?
A SnowBall Pass covers one person. When you receive your SnowBall Pass, you will need to
sign the Pass to validate it. If you are part of a group, you will need to ensure that everyone
has a SnowBall Pass as only one discount will be given per Pass shown.

How long is it valid for?
Your SnowBall Pass is valid until May 2011.

How much can I save?
There is NO LIMIT to how much you can save! The average saving during a week long
holiday is 140 euros and the great thing about a SnowBall Pass is that it takes no time to pay
for itself - there really is no better way to save and make that winter trip more affordable and
hassle free!

Where is it valid?
You can use your SnowBall Pass in any and all of our selected resorts. These include:
Meribel, Mottaret, Courchevel (all levels), La Tania, Val Thorens, Les Menuires,
Val d’Isere, Tignes (all levels), Les Arcs (all levels), La Plagne, Chamonix, Avoriaz,
Alpe d’Huez and Les Deux Alpes.

Can I use it for more than one week?
You can use your SnowBall Pass every day of the season if you choose! There is no limit to
how many times you can use the Pass. Use it in each venue as many times as you like.

Can I use it in more than one resort?
You can use your SnowBall Pass in as many resorts as you like. Visiting Meribel at Christmas
and Val d’Isere in March? No problem. For one low price you can use the same Pass again and
again.

Do you just offer savings in resort?
No! Even though we pride ourselves on the being the only discount card for resort savings in
the French Alps, we also offer several great discounts and offers before you travel. Need
travel insurance? Lessons when you get to resort or an airport transfer? We have it covered
and all at great prices!

How do I purchase a SnowBall Pass?
You can buy your SnowBall Pass through our Buy Now button found on every page. You will
find this on the top right corner of each page. Once on the payment page, you can choose
how many Passes you require for your group and pay using your PayPal secure account or by
debit and credit cards through the PayPal secure booking process.

Do I need a PayPal account to pay?
No! You can use your credit and debit card through our secure PayPal payment page without
having or starting an account. It takes you through the process step by step, but if you have
any problems you can email us on help@snowballpass.com any time.

How quickly will I receive my SnowBall Pass?
UK delivery usually takes 2 working days, however we do recommend you allow 4 days to
ensure you receive your SnowBall Pass before you travel. Delivery to Europe including Ireland,
can take up to 5 working days. If you are travelling soon then we now offer an eSnowBall
Pass, sent to your phone or PC within a few hours of ordering.

I will be travelling very soon. Can I still buy a SnowBall Pass?
Yes! We offer an eSnowBall Pass for clients who are travelling within the next day or two.
Simply buy your SnowBall Pass as usual and include with your payment, your request for an
e-SnowBall Pass. You will receive your eSnowBall Pass by email which can then be printed. You
will also receive your SnowBall Pass through the mail as usual.

How do I get the discounts in resort?
SnowBall Pass has been designed to make life easy and hassle free. There is no need for
vouchers or cut out tokens, simply show your credit card sized Pass at any of the participating
businesses to get the special prices.

How do I get the pre-travel savings?
After you have purchased your SnowBall Pass, you will be re-directed to a special Pre-travel
Savings page where you can view the different discounts and book your pre-travel purchases.

How do I find out when in resort, which businesses offer special prices?
You can download the Savings Guide to your smartphone or print off a copy before you leave
home. The Savings Guide has all of the offers available in resort.

What if a listed venue refuses a discount?
All participating venues are committed to offering SnowBall Pass holders the discount or offer
listed on this website. Whilst we endeavour to ensure this problem does not arise, there may
be instances where, for example, a new member of staff is not informed of all venue
agreements. If you find a participating venue that refuses to honour their agreed discount,
firstly, ask to speak to the manager of the venue. If they still refuse your discount, please
send us an email as soon as possible to: help@snowballpass.com. Please include with your
email: the venue name, the date you visited and name of the staff member you spoke with.
We will investigate fully and if necessary, remove the venue from our listings.
